主要工作经历: Martin de Jong is Antoni van Leeuwenhoek professor in ‘urban and infrastructure development in China’ at the Faculty of Technology, Policy & Management, Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands) and 1000 Talent Plan professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University (China). He is co-director of the South China University of Technology/Delft University of Technology Joint Research Centre on Urban Systems & Environment (JRC-USE), Guangzhou/Delft. He is also guest professor at Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He holds Bachelor and Master degrees in public policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Leiden University (joint degree) and a PhD in systems engineering & policy analysis from Delft University of Technology. In the past he has been visiting professor at George Mason University (USA), Aalto University (Finland), Harbin Institute of Technology (China) and Dalian University of Technology (China). He publishes and teaches extensively on the topics of urban and infrastructure development, eco and low carbon city development, environmental, urban and transport planning in China, policy-making and planning in China, public-private partnerships, liberalization of public utilities, cross-national comparison of policy-making and institutions, cross-cultural differences and public affairs in general. He has been an advisor to a variety of Dutch, Nordic and other European ministries on the topics mentioned above, as well as to Dutch Parliament on cost and time overruns in transport infrastructure projects. More recently he has advised Chinese local governments on eco and low carbon city development, especially Shenzhen International Low Carbon City. | |||||
