Sapporo Dome will be the host to all of the Rally's most important venues:

Headquarters − the location of the Command center. All Rally control and real time supervision is conducted here.

Media center − in 2002 Sapporo Dome became the working place for the world media during the Soccer World Cup, this year it will happen again.

Service Park − will be located on the parking lot on the southern side of the Dome. This is the area where the competing teams service their cars during the event.

Super Special Stage − two cars running simultaneously on the arena of the Dome, going through a tunnel and a jump spot. This will be the first time in the world for two cars running Super Special Stage to run on a covered stadium.
