Court House

The court house is also located on the top of the hill. The house is a single-story object that is lifted up to create an outdoor ground floor.

The main spaces are situated on the second floor. These spaces will have a tremendous sea view. The court is a central element that provides cross ventilation, privacy for the master bedroom, optimal views and a pleasant terrace below.

In this proposal, the guest rooms are located on the northern area of the site, close to the pool. Other solutions are possible as well. By lifting up the house, the whole hilltop becomes an all-directional natural terrace. The lifted courthouse provides shade for the terrace below. The court above ensures that the shaded area is not too large and allows flexibility as sun sails can be installed to optimize the level of shade.

The pool is located on the north side in between the palm clusters that provide natural shade while swimming.
