黄鹭新

教育背景：

1.1986年，上海同济大学建筑系本科毕业，获得工学学士学位。

2.2001年，香港大学城市规划与环境管理中心研究生毕业，获得科学硕士学位。

工作经历：

1.1986年至今，就职于中国城市规划设计研究院，分别在该研究院的风景园林及历史文化名城规划研究所、海南分院、深圳分院、惠州分院、外事办公室、国际合作与培训中心、国际合作发展部、国际城市规划研究室工作。

2.1995年作为访问学者，在英国阿特金斯公司埃普森总部、剑桥分部和卡迪夫分布工作。

3.2002年起担任中国城市规划设计研究院国际合作发展部主任。

4.2007年起兼任中国城市规划设计研究院国际城市规划研究室主任，研究生导师。

社会兼职：

1.2007至今，担任中国城市规划学会国外城市规划学术委员会副主任委员兼秘书长、“国际城市规划”杂志编委。

2.2009年当选为中国城市规划学会第四届理事会理事。

研究领域：

社区发展、城市与区域发展、生态城市。

 1995, working with WS Atkins as a visiting scholar in its Epsom, Cambridge and Cardiff Office.
