美国规划师协会认证规划师(AICP)及美国规划师协会会员，1982年本科毕业于上海同济大学城市规划专业，1992年获得美国亚利桑那州立大学城市环境设计专业硕士学位，长期在美国从事城市规划设计和管理工作，曾担任美国弗吉尼亚海滨市规划专员、阿灵顿城市设计委员会协调员等职。现任美中城市协会会长、城典规划设计咨询有限公司董事总经理、美国CA规划设计师事务所副总裁、中国城市科学研究会生态城市研究专业委员会委员、中国建筑学会小城镇分会专家指导工作委员会委员、北京市城市规划学会顾问等职。

Abstract of presentation

English：

Quanzhou Coastal Landscape Tourist Plan started with establishing an ecological security framework, and developed effective measures to protect the key resources and brought a balance of protection and utilization of these resources to their fullest potential. Based on the specific historical and cultural conditions of Quanzhou, the Plan set forth general goals and strategies of “Revitalizing historical legacies, enhancing local culture and identity, introducing international brand name facilities and developing international tourist destination of celebration.” The Plan provides a beneficiary exploration on establishing environmental security framework, protecting key resources, integrating tourist plan with existing urban development plans and bringing a largely local community toward an international coast of celebration, which would provide helpful references for similar cities with coastal resources.

泉州海岸带景观旅游规划从生态安全格局的构建入手，对重点资源进行了有效保护，合理解决了保护与开发之间矛盾，使资源效益得到充分发挥。根据泉州特定的历史与文化特色，规划提出了“复兴历史文化，振兴民俗文化，引进国际品牌，建设欢乐海岸”的总体目标和策略。本规划在整体环境的生态安全格局构建、重点资源保护与利用、与城市发展和原有规划相结合、构建国际化旅游海岸等方面做了有益探索，对我国同类城市海岸带的资源开发和利用具有一定的启示。
