个人简介(A Short Bio)：

Jaya graduated in Civil Engineering (with Honours) at Imperial College London and joined BRE in 1995 where he worked on numerous building and civil engineering projects such as conducting specialist investigations and carrying out condition assessments of the London Underground tunnel linings. One of his key achievements include developing London Underground's Technical Vision Strategy for new technologies for civil infrastructure systems.

After passing the Diploma in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 1998 he joined the marketing unit and was later promoted to head of marketing where he was responsible for identifying key growth markets and developing strategies for delivering an integrated consultancy service and supporting to BRE's strategic growth initiatives.

Jaya is currently Director of BRE's Centre for Enterprise & Innovation, where he is responsible for leading BRE's business growth in innovation and managing the BRE Innovation Park - which has attracted over 60,000 visitors since it was opened by the Deputy Prime Minister in June 2005.

演讲摘要(Speech Abstract)：

The aim of this speech is to give an insight into how the London 2012 Olympic development has become the most sustainable and greenest games ever. It will give an overview of the sustainability framework and approach for environmental standards used for the different buildings in the Games.

The aim of this speech is to present the findings from the UK-China Eco-Cities working group and the review of the CSUS standard and KPIs. It will cover the systematic approach and the assessment framework that could be adopted for the Eco-city developments.
